I have so many powerful tips I can give to you to accelerate your weight loss by forming habits for mindful eating. Habit development is The key to long-lasting success in your weight loss journey.
This is a tip I have personally been building up for almost a year now and it really ties in well with other weight loss habits I recommend such as intermittent fasting.
