I have so many powerful tips I can give to you to accelarate your weight loss by forming habits for mindful eating. Habit development is The key to longlasting success in your weight loss journey.
This is a tip i have personally been building up for almost a year now and it really ties in well with other weight loss habits I recommend such as intermittent fasting.
My personal Tips:
Making cold showers a habit can seem intimidating at first, but the benefits are definitely worth it. One effective method for adjusting to cold showers is the alternating temperature method. Start by taking a normal hot shower, then gradually reduce the temperature until it's as cold as you can handle. Hold the cold temperature for about 30 seconds to a minute, then switch back to hot. Repeat this process a few times, gradually increasing the amount of time spent under the cold water. Over time, your body will become more used to the cold and you'll be able to tolerate longer periods of cold water. As you get more comfortable, you can start taking full cold showers. By gradually building up to this habit, you'll be able to reap all the benefits without feeling overwhelmed

The first step to making it a habit is simply doing it. The biggest obstacle to overcome is the mental barrier of actually deciding to do it and following through. If you're serious about incorporating cold showers into your routine, the next step is to choose 2-3 days in the coming week that you want to try it on, and then stick to it.
